Farmhouse of XVIII century

San Donato in Poggio, 18th century farmhouse with attached barn and land.

The main building underwent a conservative restoration in 2008 which made it possible to preserve all the ancient elements while maintaining their historicity and charm.
Access is through an old portal which leads to an internal courtyard which houses the original oven; the stone stairs lead to the loggia with columns and to a terrace of about 25 sq.mt. with an open view over the valley.
The farmhouse is currently divided into two large apartments:
- on the ground floor with direct access from the courtyard consisting of a living area with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a study.
- on the first floor, the apartment with access from the loggia is made up of a large room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, a study room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are also various rooms for warehouse/storage use and technical rooms and a beautiful vaulted cellar.
The heating system is with a combined wood or LPG boiler.

The barn is newly built with exposed beams and a central truss, spread over two open space levels plus one bathroom.
The land is overall 11.8 hectares of which 5 hectares of arable land, 3 hectares of olive groves and 4 hectares of woodland.
It is possible to build a swimming pool.
