In the center of Florence, in a very quiet area, a few steps from the Fortezza and the historic centre, splendid high-level penthouse, on two levels, with three important terraces overlooking the main monuments of the city.

The penthouse, the only one on the floor of an elegant building with lift and very bright stairwell, is spread over two levels connected internally by a large staircase and is equipped with a main entrance and a service entrance.
Upon entering, we are hosted into the triple hall, onto which the immense window opens along the entire main wall, designed by Marzio Cecchi to offer a "Cinemascope" effect of the panorama.
In addition to the representative hall, the room is divided into a more intimate area, with a fireplace and a large dining room. From each of these spaces you can access the large terrace overlooking the city and the surrounding hills. Retractable steel doors with colored mini-portholes and other artist details help to characterize the special brightness of the location.

The dining room is connected to the kitchen which maintains the precious original furnishings by Cecchi and equipped with a comfortable pantry. The kitchen can also be accessed from the main entrance, through a corridor that houses a service bathroom.

Still on the first level, the sleeping area is made up of three double bedrooms, one of which with a furnished double dressing room, and a single bedroom. This floor is completed by a second large bathroom with window and a space with shower area, also with window, where it is possible to create a third bathroom.

Upstairs we find a bedroom, a study room and a guest bathroom. The exceptional brightness that characterizes this property is further appreciable on this floor where the rooms open onto a second large panoramic terrace, in turn connected to a third terrace located on an even higher level: these two terraces offer a breathtaking view of 360° of Florence and together the one of the floor below, they become real extensions of the house.
