RUFINA, Falgano. This small stone village of 1200 to 440 meters high, consisting of two buildings one of 360 square meters. and the other of 100 sqm. approx., is located in a dominant hilly position in the Chianti Rufina area, 5 km approx. from the village of Rufina. Falgano was a fief of the Guidi Counts and nearby there are many examples of tower houses and ancient stately homes.
The main property consists of a portion of stone, to which has been added a modern building, on three levels with 4 terraces from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley; a recently renovated porch closed on 3 sides with kitchen, fireplace and pizza oven; another annex as storage and garden terrace + land of 5500 sqm. ca.
